About our London Role Model Gala

The INvolve Role Model Gala will bring together our biggest guest list ever with over 500 of the most progressive, influential and diverse leaders in business for a not-to-be-missed celebration of all our Role Model Lists from the past year. All within the spectacular halls of the Natural History Museum.

We will be showcasing inspiring business leaders who are breaking down barriers at work, shining the spotlight on those who have achieved significant individual success and are leading the way for future generations when it comes to driving forward diversity and inclusion in business
